En entrant dans cet endroit idyllique, nous en sommes restés bouche bée — WOW, quelle vue magnifique !
Le calme et la nature à couper le souffle étaient exactement ce dont nous avions besoin.
Nous avons également été accueillis très chaleureusement par Joyce et Hans, qui nous ont donné de bons conseils pour bien commencer nos vacances.
Nous refermons la porte le cœur léger et reconnaissant, et nous garderons à jamais ce lieu dans nos cœurs.

Chers Hans et Joyce,
Nous sommes vraiment tombés dans un petit coin de paradis ! Dès le premier instant où nous avons découvert ce magnifique domaine, nous avons su que nous étions au bon endroit. Nous en sommes restés bouche bée… et cela s’est répété à chaque moment de la semaine ! Une semaine bien trop courte !
Le marché de Saint-Girons — un vrai coup de cœur !
La randonnée vers la Cascade d’Ars (à ne pas manquer !),
le passage du Tour de France,
Guzet (la luge d’été — géniale !),
la promenade vers la frontière espagnole (Col de Pause) — un panorama plus beau que le précédent…
et le canyoning avec Wesh Canyoning à Tarascon-sur-Ariège…
Je crois que nous avons vraiment tiré le meilleur de cette semaine !
Quel bonheur, après des journées bien remplies, de revenir ici pour profiter de la piscine et du calme.
Nos garçons ont passé une semaine merveilleuse et se sont sentis tout de suite à l’aise — comme nous d’ailleurs !
Un immense merci à vous de partager un lieu aussi magnifique et pour votre accueil si chaleureux.

Dank jullie wel, Hans en Joyce. Dank dat jullie deze prachtige plek willen delen met ons. Wat een zicht, wat een mooi huis. En...wat een leuke wandelingen vanuit hier. Heel mooi. Ook onze tochten naar col d'Agnes en Col de la Core, prachtig! En van daaruit ook alle wandelmogelijkheden.
Maar zitten op het balcon en alsmaar kijken hoe dit landschap verandert door licht, wolken, regen, maan en zon. Volop te genieten in stilte, zomaar zitten. Het ga jullie goed en wie weet tot ziens.

"Le Bourdassou is a lovely house in the mountains. We have been there for a week, but we would have liked to stay longer. It is a beautiful, clean, attractive and spacious house. More than enough space for our family of 5. And the view ..... fantastic! We chose the house based on the photo on the site. And you actually have this view. From the spacious terrace / balcony you have a 180 degree view over the Pyrenees. The house has a swimming pool. Not very big, but just new and great for the hot days. Finally, we would like to thank Hans and Joyce for their hospitality. We really felt welcome. Joyce came by every day for a chat and then brought us something from her organic vegetable garden. She also arranged for our daughter to go horse riding nearby. Something she's wanted for a long time. What a surprise! In short, we can more than recommend Le Bourdassou for anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains, a comfortable home, tranquility, and hospitality. "

"There are places in the world where you don't really have to leave the house - and Joyce and Hans's house is just such a place. The top floor of the house is for holidaymakers, and we enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Pyrenees for a week. The top floor has a lovely private veranda and terrace (see photo), where you - once you sit there with a drink - never want to leave. If you do, there are beautiful walks in the area. Hans and Joyce know the neighborhood well (of course) and have many tips. The villages in the area (Soueix, Seix) are very cute, and you can enjoy good food. You can also eat at home, on that beautiful terrace. The house has a fully-fledged kitchen, and Joyce treated us to fresh cucumbers from our own garden almost daily. She also took us to a classical concert in a church nearby one evening, which was beautiful. We felt completely at home there, especially because of the hospitable reception by Joyce and Hans ... and by Floortje, the house cat who also likes to go on holiday in her own home!"

"A gem in the middle of the mountains!
This holiday home is more than worth a long visit, it has several very big assets:
- the very sweet and friendly owners Joyce and Hans, who give you a warm welcome and with whom we had a nice chat several times.
- a charming and very spacious holiday home, located in the middle of nature and in the mountains, where everything has been thought of to offer guests a pleasant holiday
- a beautiful and large sunny terrace, with wooden garden table and chairs under an attractive sun canopy made of bamboo, which immediately evokes a holiday atmosphere, and where you can continue to enjoy even after dark because of the many cozy little lights that are on the hang shelter.
- a beautiful large private swimming pool, located in the flowery flower garden, with sun loungers next to the pool, and with a gazebo with table and chairs. The swimming pool is certainly a great added value here, all the more so because there are fewer swimming opportunities in the Pyrenees in nature.
But we think the greatest asset is the exceptionally beautiful view of the mountains, wherever you are, both from your terrace, from inside the holiday home and at the pool. You can keep looking at that, this is real holiday feeling at its best!
We will remember it with great pleasure!"
